It was a very enjoyable stay for the price: perfect location and top-class staff. Our room was airy and tidy. It had fairly clean own bathroom. There was an excellent restaurant on the way.

It was in a marvellous and good place. Had easy check-in too.

The apartment was excellent base for sightseeing in Belfast, enjoyed it. In my opinion continental breakfast at 7.15am was lovely. The rooms were beautiful, airy.

had a very pleasant stay for the price. they provided hot continental breakfast with pastries and bagels, for example. the apartment was in an unbeatable location not far from an early peoples gallery. it also was so close to ulster museum and botanic gardens, belfast and botanic gardens.

everything was absolutely good and the rooms were airy. i liked the host. i had a pleasant stay for the price, and with a more than generous breakfast available with bagels, cheeses, hot dishes.

The hosts of this apartment were kind. The bed was pretty super comfy and the place was so clean. It had a shared bathroom. Ordered some food, it was gorgeous, we truly enjoyed toast, bacon and eggs for breakfast.

Very helpful staff, marvellous location and free parking was very close. We had breakfast, it was good and free. Host treated us very well. Appreciated the garden.

Very good location (close to Queens University), good breakfast, very nice staff.

The room decor was generally dated. Lots of little things not working in the room (for example: broken shower head holder, broken door hook on bathroom door, bad television reception etc.). These are all simple things that could be fixed easily with a little time and attention.

Clare was an exceptional host, extremely helpful and lovely to talk to. Breaky was amazing! Awesome size room!

Add an elevator! Bathroom floor needs attn.

No hairdryer in room!! It was very noisy outside until about 3am- not the fault of the hotel- but something to bear in mind! Our 15yr old daughter slept through it though!

It seemed to be a good location and the breakfast was generous considering it was continental. That means something entirely different in the states so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was also very nice and accomodating.

The bed slid around on the floor so we had to move the rug to stop it from doing that. The walls were paper thin and as we had loud guests in the room next to us who woke us up two nights at 2:00am and wouldn't shut up my stay was not very comfortable.

The house had character. It was very conveniently situated. Staff were polite.

Single room was very small. It was at the front on the main road and rather noisy. The full range of breakfast food was not available until 8.20. Breakfast was advertised as being at 8.00.
